Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Elite Fantasy League, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Public FPL and League Information

MEFL uses publicly accessible Fantasy Premier League information to present leagues, managers, teams, standings, Gameweek activity, Strategy, Recap and competition results. An imported league may include managers who do not have MEFL accounts.

Listed league pages are public and may be indexed by search engines. An unlisted league is not private: it is excluded from Discover and MEFL's sitemap and carries a noindex instruction, but anyone with its direct link can access and share it.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Abuse the platform or harass other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with league imports or competitions
• Use bots, scraping tools or other automated systems in a way that disrupts, overloads, circumvents access controls, or accesses the service without authorisation.

Fantasy Premier League Disclaimer

My Elite Fantasy League is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis with no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEFL is not liable for losses arising from unavailable or inaccurate data, missed imports, service interruptions, or fantasy-football competition outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Account Suspension

Administrators may suspend or remove users violating these terms. Violations include abusive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and interference with platform operations.

Account and Content Deletion

Account deletion is currently handled manually by an administrator. Deleting an account may remove profile and account-linked information, but does not necessarily remove league, competition or public FPL history that belongs to a shared league or product record. League deletion is separate and is subject to ownership or administrator checks. More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
